​Welcome to Marion County Parks and Recreation’s new on-line reservation and registration system. Please follow these steps to sign in to our system and make your facility reservation or program registration.

Setting up an account

• Visit https://mcparc.recdesk.com
• Click the blue ‘Create Account’ button.
• Fill in the required fields and click ‘continue’.
• Complete all the required fields listed. 
• Mark yourself ‘Head of Household’ if you're the adult in the family who will be reserving facilities or registering others.
• Once you complete all required fields, your member profile will populate, and you’ll receive a welcome email. If you have family members you’d like to register for a program, you can click the green ‘Add Household Member’ button and add them to your profile.
• You can now begin reserving any of our facilities or registering any of your family members for our programs.

Reserving a Facility

• Visit https://mcparc.recdesk.com
• Click the Log-in button.
• Click ‘Facilities’ and find the space you are interested in reserving.
• Click the ‘Reserve’ button.
• Scroll through the calendar to find the date you would like to reserve. Only the dates which are available to reserve will have the word ‘reserve’ on them.
• Complete all the required fields and then click ‘Add to Cart’
• Review your invoice and then click ‘Go To Checkout’.
• Complete any required forms that populate.
• Make payment.
• Once payment is received you will receive a confirmation email.

Signing up for a Program

• Visit https://mcparc.recdesk.com
• Click the Log-in button.
• Click the ‘Programs’ button and find the program you are interested in and click ‘Register Now’.
• Complete all required fields and click ‘Save’.  Review your shopping cart and click ‘Go To Checkout’.
• Complete all required forms that populate.
• If you chose Pay Later, you can stop in the office to pay or mail in payment via cash or check to  MCPARC PO Box 1258  Fairmont, WV 26555. Please note that your registration is not confirmed until payment is received. If you chose Pay Now, you can pay on-line via credit card. Once registration is complete you can also go into your account at a later date and make payment via credit card.
• Once payment is received you will receive a confirmation email.
