FIDO's Backyard

This approximately four acre off leash area for dogs is located within East Marion Park and boasts both a wooded and open area. It also includes a separate fenced area for small dogs.

Geocaching

Within the many parks and trails we manage you can find hidden treasure. Not the gold and silver that wayward pirates might have lost but something just as fun to find.

Fishing park

Guyses Run Fishing Park has two beautiful ponds stocked with a variety of fish! Bring out the whole family to experience the joy of fishing - no fishing license required.

Rail Trails

The rail trails in Marion County, built on former railroad corridors, offer a wide variety of recreational activities, including hiking, biking, in-line skating, and cross country skiing.

Wave Pool

The Wave Pool, located at East Marion Park, is one of two pools of its kind in the tri-state area that offers the comfort of cool water and the chance to "ride the waves".
