The MCPARC Police Reserve Building is home to the SilverSneakers program for group exercise classes! This SilverSneakers class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing the range of movement for daily activities and balance. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and/or a Silver Sneakers ball. A chair can also be used for seated exercises and standing support. If needed, you may sit the whole class.

Note:  after May 10, 2024 the class will meet at the Baptist Temple Church on Morgantown Avenue

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Time: 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
No pre-registration is required; come a little early to fill in the paperwork when you arrive. We also accept members of
Renewed Active and Silver & Fit. If you are not a member of SilverSneakers, Renewed Active, or Silver & Fit, you are still welcome to come, the cost is $2.00 per class.

Please note: If Marion County schools are delayed or canceled because of weather we will not have class.
