2026 Trip Schedule

Bus trip information for the 2026 season is listed below, and can also be found on our Facebook page.  You can make a payment(s) using the link to the right, by calling into the office and paying over the phone with credit/debit, by stopping in the office to pay with credit/debit/check/cash,  or pay by mail if paying by check.
MaY 2 - KEYSTONE SAFARI & GROVE CITY OUTLETS
Join MCPARC for a fun spring day at Keystone Safari and Grove City Outlets. Get up close and personal with over 100 wild animals on an hour long Safari Truck Tour in 1970's ex-military vehicles. Next we will visit the Walk-Thru area of the park where you can feed giraffes, llamas and barnyard animals before traveling to Grove City Outlets.​
  • Cost for the trip is $115.00 per person and includes the round-trip bus ride, admission to Walk-Thru and Drive-Thru Safari Truck Tour at Keystone Safari, wristband for feedings at the Walk-Thru Park, feed bucket for the Safari Truck Tour and shopping time at Grove City Outlets.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to reserve your spot is due at the time of your reservation. Payment in full must be made by April 2, 2026.
  • You can pay online using the link provided on this page or stop by the office to make payment.
  • Bus will leave from the East Marion Wave Pool parking lot at 7:45am with return ETA 5:30pm.​
JUNE 6 - GANDY DANCER THEATRE
Join MCPARC for Gandy Dancer Theatre’s Premier Dinner Show featuring a Branson-style show with music ranging from the 50’s to today including Country, Pop, Motown, Gospel, and Patriotic plus family friendly comedy. Enjoy an evening of entertainment with amazing performers, talented dancers and delicious food.
The Gandy Dancer Theatre offers a show that’s guaranteed to have you dancing in your seat, laughing ‘til you cry, touch your heart and give you memories that will last a lifetime.
  • The cost for this trip is $85.00 per person and will include the round-trip bus ride, dinner and the Premier Dinner Show.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to reserve your spot is due at the time of your reservation. The balance in full will be due May 6, 2026.
  • The bus will leave East Marion Wave Pool Parking lot at 4:00pm and the return ETA is 10:30 pm.
JULY 11 - CHRISTMAS IN JULY
Join MCPARC for our unique, nostalgic Christmas in July trip to Castle Noel in Medina, OH, America’s largest indoor year-round Christmas attraction.
See Hollywood movie props and Christmas window displays from Sak’s 5th Avenue, Bloomingdale’s and Macy’s. Feel like a kid again with thousands of toys from the 50’s to the 80’s. Hold on as you enter the magical world through the North Pole Blizzard Vortex tunnel. Go through “Santa’s Chimney Squeeze” with 100,000 glass ornaments on the ceiling and the  28’ tall dancing Christmas Tree. Ride a slide, just like Ralphie!​
  • The cost for this trip is $160.00 per person and will include the round-trip bus ride, Castle Noel tour, on-site traditional Christmas lunch and shopping at the historic Medina Square.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to reserve your spot is due at the time of your reservation. The balance in full will be due by June 11, 2026.
  • The bus will leave the East Marion Wave Pool parking lot at 7:00 am on Saturday July 11 and return ETA is 8:30 pm.
AUGUST 1 - GREENBRIER EXPRESS WILD WEST SPECIAL
Travel Back in Time for a Wild West Train Robbery Adventure
Enjoy this steam-powered excursion from Cass to Durbin and return with a cast of Western characters who take over the train. The Wild West Special train departs from the town of Cass and follows the Greenbrier River to the small mountain village of Durbin. On arrival in Durbin, all ticket holders will depart the train and be served lunch before the return trip back to Cass.
Noise Disclaimer: This event includes a staged train robbery and gunfight reenactment. Blank rounds will be discharged near the train. Earplugs are recommended for those with hearing sensitivities.
  • The cost for this trip is $150.00 per person and will include the round-trip bus ride, Wild West Train Ride and lunch.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to reserve your spot is due at the time of your reservation. The balance in full will be due by July 1, 2026.
  • The bus will leave the East Marion Wave Pool parking lot at 6:45 am on Saturday July 11 and return ETA is 6:00 pm.
OCTOBER 3 - JET THE GORGE & TAMARACK
Cruise Through the Gorge in Style!!
Experience the New River Gorge like never before on a high-speed jet boat adventure! Climb aboard a Waterman jet boat and cruise upstream past breathtaking views of the Gorge and the iconic New River Gorge Bridge. Feel the thrill of the open water, soak in stunning views, and create unforgettable memories on this must-do adventure! 
  • The cost for this trip is $150.00 per person and will include the round-trip bus ride, Jet Boat Tour, catererd lunch at Adventures on the Gorge and shopping time at Tamarack.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 will be required to reserve your spot at the time of your reservation. The balance in full will be due by September 3, 2026. 
The bus will leave the East Marion Wave Pool Parking lot at 7:30 am on Saturday August 1 and the return ETA is 6:00 pm.

General Trip Information

Our goal is to offer the best trips at the best prices.
  • If you are interested, we need to hear from you as soon as possible for reservations to ensure that we have enough for the trip.  Most trips have early deadlines for deposits.
  • If we do not have enough interested, we have to cancel and you will receive a full refund.
  • DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! (unless the trip is canceled)

Deposits and Payments
  • Non-refundable deposits will be required on all trips at the time the reservation is made.
  • One-day trips deposit will be $50.00 per person.
  • Multi-day trips with a fee of up to $500, the deposit will be $100.00.
  • For trips with a fee of more than $500.00, a 25% deposit is required.
  • Balance due must be paid 30 days prior to the trip.  There will be no refunds after this date.
  • Payments on any trip can be made in installments.

Travel Information
  • Luggage tags will be mailed to you for overnight trips, and tagged luggage will be stored under the bus.
  • Buses leave from the East Marion Wave Pool parking lot.
  • Trips may be canceled if minimum number of people is not reached.
