Where: Guyses Run Fishing Park
When: October 24, 2026 - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Come celebrate the spooky season with MCPARC!

• Admission is FREE.
• No registration necessary.
• We'll stock it fresh with hundreds of pounds of trout before the event.
• Each child is eligible to keep 1 trout which he/she has caught. Additional trout caught can be purchased for $4/trout.
• Snacks and Crafts while supplies last!

Trout, hybrid bluegill, hybrid striped bass, large-mouth bass, and catfish will be at the ready. We'll be stocking the ponds in preparation for this event, so bring your favorite bait!

Dog/cat food, goldfish, or use of Guyses fish for bait is strictly prohibited.

There is no fishing license required for these ponds. If you wish to take your catch home (trout only), fish are $5 each with a limit of four fish per family. ($4 during our event)

Snacks and Crafts will be available during the event and admission is free.

COSTUMES ARE ENCOURAGED! We know it's tough to bait a hook while wearing hulk hands so don't feel bad if you're not fully decked out in Halloween garb - costumes are not required. This is a family friendly fishing park, keep that in mind when you dress to distress...er... impress!

Guyses Run Fishing Park is located off I-79 Exit 137 (Route 310 towards Grafton). Go approximately 2 miles and turn right on Colfax Road.  Follow this road for about 1 mile - park is on the right - 3 big ponds and gate).
